“The Big Deal: the U.S., EU and the Building of the World’s Biggest Free Trade Area”

This summer, the EU and U.S. launched negotiations on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), which, if completed, would represent the largest bilateral trade and investment agreement in history. The EU and U.S. already enjoy the world’s largest commercial relationship, an economic partnership that would only deepen with the implementation of the TTIP.

Join the EU’s lead representative to the U.S., Ambassador Joao Vale de Almeida, to hear his inside perspective on the TTIP negotiations and learn about TTIP’s potential on both sides of the Atlantic.
