Join the Washington Council on International Trade and the Trade Development Alliance of Greater Seattle for a panel discussion on the impact of current U.S. visa policies on foreign tourists, students, and workers. We will discuss the Jobs Originated Through Launching Travel (JOLT) Act, which was introduced in 2013 and could make important reforms to U.S. visa policies. 10:00 am to 11:30 am

Please join us for a special member roundtable trade discussion with Congressman Dave Reichert (WA-08) on March 11th from 10am – 11:30am. This is a unique opportunity for WCIT Member companies to engage and hear from the Congressman on trade topics such as the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade agreement currently being negotiated between the U.S. and 11 other Pacific Rim countries. Congressman Reichert has been a tireless advocate for trade and will talk about the potential impact the TPP could have on Washington state’s international competitiveness, and hopefully touch on other trade issues coming before Congress in 2015.
